On January 16, 2018, District Judge Kevin Conner sentenced Timothy Riley to serve five years of incarceration with the Department of Corrections for possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (cocaine), ten years of incarceration for possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (heroin), sentenced to serve fifteen years of incarceration (three years will be suspended) for possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana), sentenced to serve fifteen years of incarceration (three years will be suspended) for possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (synthetic marijuana), sentenced to serve fifteen years of incarceration (three years will be suspended) for possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (cocaine), sentenced to serve fifteen years of incarceration (three years will be suspended) for possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (methamphetamine) and sentenced to serve five years of incarceration (three years will be suspended) for possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (cocaine). These sentences are to be served with the Louisiana Department of Corrections and are to be served concurrently.
