On February 19, 2019, Lance Fortmayer, 29, of New Orleans, pled guilty to unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Judge Kevin D. Conner sentenced Fortmayer to serve 6 years of incarceration with the Louisiana Departments of Corrections.
Fortmayer also pled guilty to violation of protective order – 2nd offense. For this charge, Judge Conner sentenced Fortmayer to thirty days of incarceration in the Plaquemines Parish Detention Center.
Fortmayer also stipulated to the revocation of his probation for domestic abuse battery – 2nd offense and possession of firearm by a person previously convicted of domestic abuse/battery. For these charges, Judge Conner sentenced Fortmayer to serve 1 year of incarceration with the Louisiana Departments of Corrections.
