On January 30th, 2019, Jose Luis-Alfaro Guillen, age 36, of Kenner, LA, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated, third offense. Judge Michael D. Clement sentenced Guillen to five years of incarceration with the Louisiana Department of Corrections. Judge Clement suspended two years of his sentence. Judge Clement further ordered that Guillen to be placed on three years of home incarceration, two years active probation, to pay a $2000 fine and court costs, to install an Interlock Device on his vehicle and to complete 240 hours of Community Service Work.
